I literally couldn’t decide what to write about this week! So much happened: Coming2America, WandaVision finale, The Real World Reunion, FB Oversight Board, Tone deaf social posts from Biden and Meghan/Harry/Oprah…so much content and I couldn’t decide.
So it’s an open thread week until I get my head in the game. Thoughts on any of the above?
I need to watch the interview. So I could be talking out of my ass. But for all of the "how come she didn't know better" aimed at Meghan from certain people: She knew enough to pick a man who would pick her and their child. Because that's all you need, and it makes me teary.
Meg and Harry-- so many damn ways to go about it. The mental health aspect, the generational trauma on both sides (Lil Archie, says "Drive safe?!?!"), toxic families and how it is possible to draw boundaries even if that family is the damn Queen, toxic workplaces (The Duchess of Sussex had an issue and went to HR. HR!), how this is just another example of what happens in interracial relationships, Piers Morgan (jesus christ!), how Oprah handled this interview like the G that she is. Just so much!
